(*) – students and PhD students are kindly requested to provide proof of their student status (e.g., a valid student ID or a support letter from their faculty). Please send this document via email to: info@eass2025.com.
Upon successful verification, you will receive a dedicated registration link.

Those who have not registered by 12.05.2025 (Monday) still have the opportunity to register however they will pay a higher registration fee.

Please note:

• payments should clearly state the participant’s name(s)
• all bank transfers should state clearly in the reference: EASS 2025 and participant’s name/surname
• the invoices for registration will be issued and sent by Mazurkas Congress Management (Conference Secretariat)
• please notify us via e-mail if you need a proforma invoice to make prepayment
• all bank transfer amounts should include bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer are the responsibility of the participant.
